Shipping Policy

Free shipping applies to ground orders that has a merchandise total of at least $99 shipping to the Contiguous USA “lower 48”, all orders ship via FedEx ground and can take up to 5 business days to deliver. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need the product quicker. 

In stock orders are shipped the same business day from Boise, ID if the order is placed by 5pm EST. Orders not in stock ship directly from the manufacturer, we will update you with ship dates from the manufacturer within 1 business day of ordering. Feel free to contact us for ship dates before ordering as well. 

Transit time is business days only excluding holidays. Conference Table Boxes is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, or for late packages due to weather delays, busy holidays, or pandemics.

Orders shipping outside of the USA ship duties and taxes unpaid,  and are the customers responsibility to pay any brokerage, currency conversion, or any other fees at the time of delivery.
